Please take a moment to become familiar with this document, as it is the standard that governs Northwood of Pasco.

It is our hope this updated document will provide a clearer understanding of what is expected of each of us as members of this community.  In this version, there are both new options for updating your home as well as clearer guidelines regarding rules and regulations.  We hope to foster a spirit of voluntary compliance with all guidelines. 

You may obtain a copy of the Standard’s for Community Living Guidelines in one of several ways.  You may view and download a copy of the guidelines from the link below or  if you would like a printed copy, notify CAMS at (813) 874-2200.  There is a $10 copy charge if you pick-up the document or $12.50 for direct mail.

Your Homeowner’s Association Board of Director’s along with Management are here to serve the needs of our community, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
