BARRINGTON HOA
To insure that Northwood and the Subdivision of Barrington remains as a residential community of the highest quality and standard and that all improvements present an attractive and pleasing appearance that always remains harmonious with the surrounding communities, developments and neighboring structures within.
The committee's goal is to maintain the development as an upscale community within the Wesley Chapel/New Tampa areas so that the highest property values are maintained and design, colors and styles are changed in accordance with the current times.
The Subdivision of Barrington in the master community of Northwood has their own Home Owners Association because they have community landscape maintenance. They are bound by their own rules as well as Northwood of Pasco's Master HOA Board.
