DISTRICT
Our Community Development District Board (CDD) is comprised of
five homeowners. This board manages the amenities and common areas of the
community such as the pool, parks, tennis courts, landscaping, security and
common areas. This property is managed by
DMS. (813) 873-7300.

SCHEDULE
Meetings are held
on the FIRST Monday of each Month at 7PM. @ the Northwood Clubhouse.
Meeting times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances,
so please check the front marquee sign at the Northwood
entrance, or this page

Your CDD board is an elected board which holds their respective
seats for four (4) years. CLICK ON THE "NEWS" TAB ABOVE FOR CDD ELECTION INFORMATION. DEADLINE TO QUALIFY IS JUNE 18TH BY NOON.
If you are interested in running against an existing CDD
candidate, you will need run for that persons specific seat in
November. Contact your board of elections, to complete the
paperwork, and submit your bio. The local office is located in
the Beall’s Outlet shopping center on SR 54 and Bruce B. Downs
Blvd.
