Today, the community has 638 homes in the Wesley Chapel area in Tampa, Florida, USA. Northwood combines the convenience of location with a lifestyle for family and the professionals alike. We are conveniently located within minutes of shopping, dining and entertainment. Our Home Owners Association (HOA) is made up of three homeowners supporting the Architectural Control, Landscape, Deed Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website sub-committees. The property is managed by Community Association Management Services, LLC , a local management company based in Tampa.

Our Community Development District Board (CDD) is comprised of five homeowners. This board manages the amenities and common areas of the community such as the pool, parks, tennis courts, landscaping, security and common areas. This property is managed by DMS.

We hold our monthly HOA meeting on the first Thursday of each month. We hold our monthly CDD meeting on the first Monday of each month. These meetings are posted on the bulletin boards at the entrance of the community.

Your HOA board is an elected voluntary board. They hold their seats for one year. The meetings are currently being held at the Northwod Clubhouse, 27248 Big Sur Way, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33544, at 7pm.

Requirement to be on the CDD board

Your CDD board is an elected board which holds their respect seats for four (4) years. SEATS 2 AND 4 ARE OPEN FOR NOVEMBER 2, 2010 ELECTION. DEADLINE TO QUALIFY IS JUNE 18TH BY NOON.

Elections for the two seats begin with the primary general elections. If you wish to run for any of the two seats please contact the CDD management representative (DMS) at (813) 873-7300 or the Supervisor of Elections Brian E Corley at (352) 521-4302.
