are held on the First Thursday of each Month at
7PM.
at the Northwood clubhouse
Meeting time could
change, so please check the front marquee sign at the Northwood
entrance, or this page.
HOA BOARD AND MANAGEMENT
The Northwood Home Owners Association (HOA)
is made up of three homeowners. The HOA also has several committees supporting
it:
Architectural Control,
Landscape,
Deed Restriction, Newsletter, Social and Website
The HOA property is
managed by
Community Association
Management Services, LLC , a local management company based in Tampa.
The
HOA board is an elected voluntary
board, who hold their seats for one year. Elections are
held in January.
